1. Apply for membership

Before we begin, we make sure we’re the right fit for each other. You’ll complete a short application telling us about your business, goals, website needs, and any challenges you’re facing.

This allows us to understand your situation clearly and ensures our service genuinely supports you.

If approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with your next steps and a private link to begin onboarding.

  • This is an ongoing partnership, not a simple one-time project. The application helps us confirm we can serve you well and that your website needs fall inside our scope.

  • You’ll receive a special “Fast Track” link that lets you skip the application if you already know this is right for you.

2. Choose your template & share your content

Once approved, you’ll choose one of our premium Squarespace templates - crafted specifically for service-based businesses like consultants, therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals.

Then you’ll complete a guided content form where you provide your:

  • Bio or about section

  • Brand preferences

  • Service descriptions

  • Photos and headshots

  • Calls to action

  • Testimonials (if you have them)

No guessing. No complicated tech. Just follow the guided prompts, and we turn your content into a polished, professional website.

  • No. The template is only a starting point. Once we apply your branding, voice, layout preferences, and content, your site becomes uniquely yours.

  • That’s fine - we can refresh and manage your existing site and fold it into our update system.

3. We build your website

Once your content is submitted, we get to work.

Our team customizes your chosen premium template with your branding, messaging, photos, and structure. We design each page with clarity, trust, and conversion in mind so your website not only looks great but also supports your business goals.

You’ll receive a preview to review before launch. Send us your notes, and we’ll make any adjustments needed. Most members launch their new website within the first month of their membership, as long as content is provided on time.

  • Most websites include the core essentials: Home, About, Services, Contact, plus one flexible page. Additional pages can be added based on your membership level.

  • If you’re bringing an existing Squarespace site, we’ll evaluate it. In most cases, we simply refresh and align it with your branding. If the site requires extensive cleanup, we’ll let you know before we start.

4. Enjoy unlimited ongoing updates

After your website is live, your membership covers ongoing updates whenever you need them. Simply email us your request.

We handle updates to:

  • Text and copy

  • Photos

  • Layout adjustments

  • Forms and links

  • New sections

  • Blog posting (you write it; we format and publish it)

Most updates are completed within five business days.
Your website stays polished, accurate, and aligned with your business as it grows — without you ever needing to log in.

  • Anything involving text, images, layout, forms, links, CTAs, or adding simple new sections. More complex features or advanced functionality can be discussed as add-ons.

  • Yes. Members can upgrade to Plus or Pro for Q&A support, strategy, SEO improvements, content creation, and monthly consulting calls.

  • Yes. Your site is built (or updates are made to your existing) for you as part of your membership.

  • Absolutely. As long as your site is version 7.1 or above, we’re happy to support it! Many members come with an existing site that we refresh and maintain.

  • Updates to text, images, layout, forms, and links — anytime you need. We complete them within 5 business days. It doesn’t include complicated custom code functionality.

  • We’ll guide you and help you shape it, but full copywriting is available in the Pro plan.

  • Yes. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

  • Your site is part of your membership. If you want to take ownership of it and host it yourself, you can buy it out for $2,000.

  • We only work with Squarespace 7.1 sites or newer. We can rebuild older sites into our system if needed, but not as part of an essential membership.

  • Sometimes — but only by request. If you’re interested, just reach out.
